Opened in August 2024, Mallard is a warm, convivial restaurant showcasing Chef Hamilton Johnson’s reverent yet playful interpretation of the diverse food cultures of the American South—a spirit that shines through this thoughtfully developed four-course tasting menu. On Thursday, February 5th at 7:00 PM, Mallard will host an intimate rare beer pairing dinner featuring five exceptional selections from the ChurchKey & Mallard cellars, including standout pours from Hill Farmstead, Fidens, and more. Guided by Greg Engert, guests will be led through each pairing with expert commentary, tasting notes, and behind-the-scenes stories from the breweries.
