They will showcase 10 drafts from the pair of Maine producers, including Coolship Red, Coolship Resurgam and Rivulet. Headlining the list are two incredibly rare kegs from Allagash -- Coolship Red and Coolship Resurgam. Inspired by the famed Lambics of Belgium, these spontaneously-fermented beers are utterly stunning, with unparalleled complexity. They'll also pour Oxbow Rivulet, brewed in collaboration with Allagash for Saison Day 2019. This remarkably crushable Grisette was open-fermented in Allagash's coolship with a blend of Oxbow and Allagash's house yeast strains. The beer list is subject to change without notice.
