Celebrate the holidays by sipping on festive sake at Michelin-starred restaurant Cranes, paired with Chef Pepe Moncayo's artistic and delicious Spanish and Japanese-inspired food. Continuing with the restaurant's mission of showcasing the beauty of this special rice-based elixir with cuisine, the tasting will begin with a Sparkling Junmai and includes a tasting of 4 food and rare sake pairings by Sommelier Eric Stewart-Woodruff in a collaboration with DC Sake Co. You will also have the opportunity to purchase your favorites at the end of the evening to enjoy at home.
