Santa Rosa Taqueria is opening at a new location that will feature a new contemporary, street food-inspired menu and an expansive margarita menu! To comemmorate their opening, Santa Rosa will be open for lunch and dinner service with plans for weekend brunch and weekday happy hours as well. Guests can enjoy dishes with traditional Mexican flavors like a birria taco with cheesy pot roast and consommé, or even a less traditional roasted harissa cauliflower taco which showcases fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The margarita list includes unique options like passionfruit & rose, or guava mango. Reservations not necessary, restuarant hours are 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. seven days a week. Proceeds from food and drink sales throughout opening weekend will be donated to World Central Kitchen in support of relief efforts in Ukriane.
