Celebrate the month of love and seafood with a three-course menu featuring seafood vol au vent with shrimp, scallops, and lobster in lobster bisque sauce, followed by Parmesan-crusted Maine halibut with fennel beurré blanc and seasonal vegetables. Finish with Chef Pascal’s classic Paris Brest with praline crème.
