Celebrate Valentine’s Day with Chef Jacques at a special cooking demonstration and luncheon. Enjoy a menu featuring Gratin of local bay scallops with truffles and shitake mushrooms, followed by Classic Tournedos Rossini with foie gras and black truffle sauce, served with purée de pomme de terre truffée and seasonal vegetables. Finish with a warm chocolate truffle soufflé with truffle chocolate sauce.
