Shukran Sessions returns for its fourth edition with a very special guest: Top Chef winner and James Beard Award–nominated Chef Mei Lin (Daybird, 88 Club). Taking place on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, this one-night-only dinner will showcase a prix fixe, family-style menu rooted in nostalgic Chinese and Levantine flavors. Expect comforting classics reimagined with inventive twists, complemented by crafted cocktails that echo flavors from the kitchen.
The evening’s atmosphere will be set by vinyl sets from Jahsonic and Vico Vibez, creating an unforgettable culinary and cultural celebration.
About Chef Mei Lin:
Born in China and raised in Dearborn, Michigan, Chef Mei began cooking in her family’s restaurants before refining her craft in acclaimed kitchens across the United States. Today, she is recognized for her bold, creative approach to cooking and her leadership at Daybird and 88 Club.
