SIP SANTORINI WINES AT THE GAVALAS WINE DINNER

Join Iron Gate for a very special dinner celebrating the award-winning wines of Gavalas Winery in Santorini. The family-owned winery has been celebrating the indigenous varieties grown in Santorini since the end of the 19th century, and Iron Gate is honored to welcome Vageli Gavalas in celebration of his family's work. A wine dinner at Iron Gate would not be complete without an exquisite menu crafted by Executive Chef Anthony Chittum, with every dish expertly paired with the wines of Gavalas. Some menu items include crudo of local rockfish, Maine lobster cappellacci, oak grilled rohan duck, and more.
