“Slices & Spritzes” at Alfreda

Alfreda will host “Slices & Spritzes,” a one-night pizza party featuring a collaboration between Chef Russell Blue Smith and Giulio Adriani, for an evening of inventive pizzas and sparkling cocktails. The event will showcase one-night-only pizzas co-created by both chefs and a specialty spritz menu highlighting Italicus and Lillet. Guests can expect Alfreda’s signature naturally leavened sourdough crusts alongside Adriani’s world-renowned Neapolitan technique—all paired with bright, refreshing cocktails.The event will also act as a coat and canned food drive.  Alfreda will be collecting goods to donate to SOME (So Others Might Eat), and offering a complimentary spritz with donation.
