Sofra Series at Albi

Following a standout dinner with Kasama, the Sofra Series continues with its second episode of Season 3. On Tuesday, May 6, Chef Chad Williams and Hanna Williams of Philadelphia’s acclaimed Friday Saturday Sunday — along with their newly James Beard-nominated The Lovers Bar — will join for a one-night-only collaboration. Led by the husband-and-wife team, Friday Saturday Sunday was named Outstanding Restaurant by the James Beard Foundation in 2023, and The Lovers Bar has since been recognized as a finalist for Outstanding Bar. Chef Chad’s refined and immersive cuisine is rooted in classic techniques, emphasizing layered, meaningful flavors built over time. His culinary journey began in Washington, D.C., while studying at Howard University, making this return particularly meaningful. Hanna, who leads front of house and design, brings a thoughtful sense of place, ease, and soul to each experience.
