This special evening marks the grand finale of our groundbreaking exhibition, Afrofuturism: A History of Black Futures, which will close in August. Celebrate the first Saturday of summer, Solstice Saturday, with NMAAHC and embark on a cosmic journey that explores space adventures and the astronomical wonders of the solstice. This unique event not only highlights the visionary elements of Afrofuturism but also pays tribute to the vibrant legacies of Black music and Queer artists, aligning with the spirited narratives of Black Music Month and Pride Month.
