Join Mess Hall for an interactive butchering demo, paired with local craft beer, and dinner from Sloppy Mama's Barbecue. You can gather to watch Andrew Crush break down a free range, heritage pig. Crush will cover many butchering and farming techniques, while you enjoy beer and BBQ. Go home with hetiage pork from the evening, plus, an auction will take place for you to bid on premium cuts. The event will take place on Friday, September 30th from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Tickets range from $110-$175 per person. Must be 21 years or older to attend.
