United by their shared passion for seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and the communities they serve, the duo invites guests to savor the flavors of fall with comforting dishes like savory pork ribs with chestnuts, an array of stewed and braised mushrooms, and a showstopping foraged dessert crafted by Nevin himself. A Foraged Feast will take place on Sunday, September 28, 2025, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at Chang Chang, featuring family-style appetizers, entrées, and desserts at communal banquet tables.
