Taste America: Washington, D.C. 2025

On Tuesday, October 21, 2025, the James Beard Foundation’s Taste America®: Washington, D.C., presented by Capital One, brings an evening of exceptional food, community, and celebration to Centrolina in CityCenterDC. A national dining event celebrating local restaurant communities, Taste America unites chefs, special guests, and diners across the country to support the independent restaurants at the heart of their cities. Representing one of 20 markets nationwide, Washington, D.C. will host an intimate multi-course dinner featuring TasteTwenty chefs Matt Conroy and Isabel Coss of Pascual, alongside collaborating chef Amy Brandwein of Centrolina. Their menu will showcase each chef’s signature style and highlight the unique character of their restaurants and regions, with expertly paired beverages to complement each course.
