Thanksgiving To-Go And Dine-In At Trummer's

Trummer's in Clifton will offer two special menus for the holiday, including a Thanksgiving to-go feast as well as three-course family style menu available at the restaurant. The Thanksgiving to-go menu features a fully carved, rotisserie heritage turkey roasted whole, served with gravy and a bevy of sides including baked mac and cheese, red skin mashed potatoes, cornbread stuffing, and brussels sprouts with spicy sausage. A warm apple crisp with oatmeal streusel and maple mascarpone rounds out the meal. The restaurant will also serve a three-course family style meal available on their heated patio, weather permitting, as well as indoors (the spacious, three-level restaurant allows for safe, socially distanced seating). Starters feature Anson Mills cornbread with whipped honey butter and delicata squash salad with goat cheese, pumpkin seeds and apple cider dressing. Entrée options include two choices from rotisserie heritage turkey or Roseda Farms prime rib or pan roasted salmon with lemon-caper vinaigrette or sunchoke risotto with honey crisp apple, walnuts and sage. The table can enjoy all sides on the to-go menu. Desserts include pumpkin cheesecake served with salted caramel, candied pepitas and spiced Chantilly, and a chocolate bourbon pecan pie served with chocolate ganache and vanilla Chantilly.
