Executive Chef Nate Anda at Red Apron present The Big Italian to-go special. It is a 30 inch long Italian sandwich made with hot cotto, pork cotto, bologna, capicola, aged provolone, pickled peppers, red onion, iceberg and herb vinaigrette. The sandwich feeds 8-10 people and is $56.
