The Resy Rewind at ANJU

This December, they looking to yesteryear for The Resy Rewind, a series of one-night-only events where chefs lean into nostalgia to revive the flavors, styles, and dining eras that inspired them.​

 Anju is going back to the 80’s to celebrate two icons of Korean hospitality: the pojangmacha (street food tent) and the noraebang (karaoke bar.)​

They will conjure a street food tent market, with stalls of comforting snacks and hot drinks for a winter night on the town. This is a standing format. Guests are invited to explore the market and the private dinner room, reimagined as a karaoke salon with a custom menu.​
