Time In A Bottle: A Tasting Of Twelve Mature Wines With Jay Youmans MW

Not all wines get better with age. Only a select group of wines gain the desired complexity and character resulting from years in the bottle. In this tasting you will taste twelve wines from Loire, Bordeaux, Burgundy, Germany, Rhone, Piemonte, Tuscany, Rioja, and California.
