Un-Plated's Virtual Kitchen Series: Indian Appetizers

Chef Heena Patel of Besharam and Chef K.N. Vinod of Indique and Bombay Bistro will be joining Un-Plated's Sabrina Medora for an evening of culinary instruction, delicious food, and intimate conversation.  Guests of this event will learn to make two popular Indian appetizer recipes, dahi wada and papri chaat. Sommelier Erlinda Doherty will shows guests about how to pair wines with Indian flavors. This event is from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. $55 per ticket. To register, please click here.
