What’s The Beef? A Slow Meat Policy Panel Moderated By Matthew Raiford

Join for this virtual policy panel examining the impacts of industrial-scale livestock production. You'll hear perspectives from small-scale farmers and ranchers, humane animal husbandry, regenerative environmental practices, climate impact, and meat and poultry workers. This will serve as a launch point for the 2023 Farm Bill discussions. The discussion will focus on Representative Pingree's Agriculture Resilience Act (ARA) and Senator Booker's Farm System Reform Act.
