Winter In Austria Five-course Dinner

The culinary team will dive into the intricacies of authentic Austrian cuisine, as they welcome fêted Michelin-starred chef Mario Lohninger of Restaurant Lohninger [Frankfurt] into the kitchen for a one-night-only dinner. Guest chef Lohninger will cook side-by-side with executive chef Harley Peet to craft a five-course menu with harmonious wine pairings for a masterful Austrian celebration. Within the multi-course menu dishes may include a Diver Scallop with King Crab Leg, Calamari, and an aromatic, tomato Paradeiser Sauce. And, a Warm Chocolate Soufflé brings sweetness to the senses. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with select vintages from the award-winning wine list at Bas Rouge. The five-course dinner with wine pairings is priced at $150 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
