Winter Tasting Menu at Amparo Fondita

Amparo Fondita is excited to welcome you to the first preview of our Winter Tasting Menu, hosted by Chef Christian Irabien. This special 6-course dinner highlights seasonal ingredients and the Mexican flavors and traditions that inspire their kitchen.

Throughout the evening, Chef Irabien will share the stories behind each dish—where the ideas come from, the regions that inspired them, and the techniques that bring everything together. Guests may also add an optional mezcal pairing for $85, curated to complement each course.
