Xiquet x Bresca: A Michelin Beverage Collaboration
In celebration of winning Michelin's first-ever beverage awards in 2022, Lisa Watts of Xiquet (Sommelier of the Year) and Will Patton (Exceptional Cocktails of the Year) will host special events treating eachother's guests to new beverage experiences. On Sunday, August 28th, Lisa Watts will travel to Bresca to curate wine pairings for Chef Ryan's six-course tasting menu, and on Wednesday, August 31st, Xiquet will host Will Patton.
