
YELLOW and DOLCEZZA Collaborate on Pistachio di Bronte Soft Serve Sundae

YELLOW, the Levantine café from Chef Michael Rafidi, and DOLCEZZA are teaming up to debut the Pistachio di Bronte Soft Serve Sundae, a limited-time offering available from September 21 through October 5, 2025, at select YELLOW and DOLCEZZA locations.
Created by YELLOW Executive Pastry Chef Alicia Wang and DOLCEZZA co-founder Robb Duncan, the sundae features Pistachio di Bronte soft serve topped with preserved lemon honey, crispy phyllo, and caramelized pistachio dust. The pistachios, often called “green gold,” are grown in Sicily on the slopes of Mount Etna and harvested only once every two years, making this treat especially rare. Each sundae will be priced at $12, available while supplies last.
On Sunday, September 21, from 2–5 PM, Chef Wang and Duncan will personally serve the first sundaes at DOLCEZZA’s H Street location. The first 25 customers will receive a free DOLCEZZA organic hemp tote bag.
