The Hilton brothers, Eric and Ian, have just added a new venture to their restaurant portfolio: Cafe Colline. Located in Arlington, the new concept has borrowed some French influence from their sister resturaunt, Chez Billy Sud. Cafe Colline currently offers a menu that boasts a variety of classic French dishes like steak frites, provencial fish soup, and pork rillette. The 50-seat cafe features an open kitchen layout, an extensive wine menu, and outdoor seating. For now, the new spot is solely open for takeout; orders can be placed here.
