Carolyn and Massimo Papetti have opened a new soccer-themed pizzeria, In Bocca Al Luppo, in Glover Park. In Bocca Al Luppo serves its guests with a slightly lesser known style of pizza: Pizza Romana Tonda Bassa. Known for its crispy and cracker thin crust, this type of pizza is served unsliced which keeps the oils from seeping into the crust. Massimo's cousin from Salerno, Italy, Fulvio de Rosa, will lend a hand in his mastery of this style in collaboration with Chef de Cuisine Jacob Brown.
