The newest culinary project from Steve Salis, Pizza TBD, has opened within Bethesda's Ensemble Digital Kitchen, a digital dining hub serving menu options from several Catalogue restaurants. Pizza TBD combines the light and airy texture of Roman-style pizza with the pan cooking technqiue of Detroit-style pizza. The pizzas are crafted with high quality dough and premium ingredients. Some pizzas prepared by Culinary Director Vincent Griffith and the Pizza TBD team include the Queen Margherita ($15.99), Truffle Shuffle ($17.99), Pep Boi ($19.99), and more. Pizza TBD is available for pick-up and delivery.
