Some Like It Dry – no we are not talking about the weather – As you all probably know, Dry January refers to abstaining from alcohol for the entire month. It can be a way to reset habits, promote overall well-being, and raise awareness about the potential health benefits of reducing alcohol consumption. But, on the other hand, Damp January is used (humorously?) to suggest a more relaxed approach; maybe instead of abstaining entirely, choose to moderate the alcohol intake just a bit. Either way, DC Area restaurants and bars have all leaned into the low-ABV and zero-alcohol trends so you have lots of options:
