Bibiana Osteria-Enoteca invites you and the family to celebrate on Mother's Day with regional authentic Italian fare featuring festive a la carte specials. Some menu highlights include Crudo with smoked swordfish, pickles, salsa verde and crème fraîche; Burrata with grilled ramps, asparagus, tardive and balsamico; Butternut Squash Velouté with nutmeg cumin crouton and gruyere; Chitarra Cacio e Pepe with black pepper and pecorino; Risotto Caprese with Carnaroli rice, grape tomatoes and burrata; Brasato, braised beef short ribs with mascarpone polenta and spinach, as well as Salmone e UVO, pan-seared Scottish salmon with poached egg, asparagus and hollandaise.
