Sababa's Seasonal Menus For Mother's Day

Sababa will be offering its seasonal a la carte brunch and dinner menus this Mother's Day. Prepared by Executive Chef Ryan Moore, you can look forward to menu specials showcasing modern Israeli cuisine. Some menu highlights include the strawberry muhammara with chicory-herb salad and pistachio ($13); spiced Moroccan carrot salad with dates and preserved orange ($12); fried green tomatoes with Za’atar breading on harissa labneh ($12); grilled lamb racks with artichoke matchbutcha ($25); nine-spice beef patties in grape leaves and roasted with tomato and potato ($24); and the butter poached trout served on asparagus-mushroom bulgur wheat ($23).
