Blue Duck Tavern’s Christmas feast can also be savored at home. Leave the recipes to the chefs for a perfect Christmas, as one can order one of four seasonal feasts to-go. You can select a whole rohan duck with citrus-fig gastrique, Berkshire porchetta with quince-pear mostarda; whole capon with winter truffles or prime rib roast with horseradish cream andbeef jus accompanied by a freshly baked cranberry-walnut bread loaf and two traditional sides from the restaurant’s menu to include butter whipped potatoes and roasted winter vegetables. For the sweet finale, enjoy the seasonal eggnog cheesecake with speculoos crust, cassis-cranberry compote or the lemon tart with rum crème parisienne which are priced at an additional $40. A cheese and charcuterie board for four can be added to the order foran additional $55. The whole rohan duck and sides dinner is priced at $150 per couple (plus tax and gratuity); the Berkshire porchetta and sides dinner is priced at $185 for a family of five (plus tax and gratuity); the whole capon and sides dinner is priced at $275 for a family of six (plus tax and gratuity), and the prime rib roast and sides is priced at $295 for a family of six (plus tax and gratuity).
