Chef’s Table with Eric Adjepong & Elmina at Centrolina

Join 7x James Beard Award–nominated Chef Amy Brandwein for the 2025 Chef’s Table series finale, which has featured a talented lineup of special guest DC chefs. Her final dinner collaboration with Elmina and Chef Eric Adjepong will feature a 4-course tasting menu and optional wine pairing with the chefs cooking directly for guests in Centrolina's private chef's salon.
