Savor a specially curated five-course menu by Executive Chef Miljohn Dimaano, featuring highlights such as Grilled PEI Mussels with red curry jelly and grilled pineapple, Coq Au Vin Roulade with bacon lardon and wild rice, and a decadent Oven-Baked Virginia Apple with graham crumble and cheesecake ice cream.
