Executive Chef Jordi Gallardo and Sous Chef Mitch Eldridge will prepare a four course prix fixe dinner from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m., and Christmas Day Brunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Juniper Restaurant overlooks the hotel’s courtyard, festively decorated with glittering trees for the holiday season.
