Christmas Eve At Del Mar

Del Mar's full A La Carte Menu will be available, including special holiday additions such as the Salmorejo de Calabaza with Jamon Iberico and Barrel-Aged Sherry Vinegar, Icelandic Sea Urchin with Poached Shigoku Oyster and Kristal Caviar, or Arroz Meloso with Wild Scorpionfish and Red King Prawns.
