Osteria Morini will be bringing the flavors of Emilia-Romagna to Christmas Eve on the Washington waterfront.  You can select a three or four-course culinary presentation featuring Italian-influenced dishes like Insalata di Mare: poached shrimp, scallops, octopus, shaved fennel with citrus vinaigrette, and Black Truffle Risotto: acquerello rice, black truffles, parmigiano, and chives and Stracotto di Manzo: braised short rib, potato puree, and roasted carrots. You will be treated with a sweet end to the meal with Crostata: chocolate caramel tart with caramel tuile or a special holiday Torta: gingerbread cake with vanilla crema and cranberry.  The three-course meal is $68 per person and $85 for the four-courses.
