On Saturday, July 19th at 12:00 PM, Shelter at The Roost invites beer lovers to CZECH PLEASE!, a one-of-a-kind Czech beer and food celebration. This special event marks the U.S. debut of four acclaimed Czech breweries—Chroust, Clock, Sibeeria, and Valeč—featuring a lineup of eight traditional Czech-style lagers. Five of these beers will be served the authentic way from Lukr side-pull faucets, with classic Hladinka, Šnyt, and Mlíko pours available. To complement the brews, The Roost kitchen will offer Czech-inspired food specials like Smažený Sýr (fried cheese), Pečené Vepřové Koleno (roasted pork knuckle), Koláčes (stuffed sweet dough), and Obložené Chlebíčky (crustinis served three ways).
