Fairmont D.C. in Georgetown is celebrating Mardi Gras with New Orleans fare and flair on Tuesday, February 21st from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. in the Lobby Bar and Loggia Lounge. Executive Chef Jordi Gallardo and Executive Sous Chef Jason Rowley have prepared a New Orleans inspired menu that features Jambalaya ($36), Louisiana Red Beans and Rice ($18), and Shrimp Po'boy ($20). Guests can also enjoy Knob Creek Sazerac ($17 per glass) and Hennessey VSOP Sazerac ($22 per glass). Complimentary Mardi Gras beads and masks are also available. For more information, click here.
