Transport Mom and the family to a more tropical experience and enjoy a festive brunch menu along with tempting specials to celebrate Mother’s Day at Cuba Libre. During brunch service, enjoy newly appointed Executive Chef Walter Silva’s a la carte menu or opt for the popular “Especial de Brunch” menu which where you choose one small plate and one large plate along with a choice of aqua fresca. Brunch menu highlights include roasted beet and avocado salad with sea salt boniato chips, Tetilla cheese, kale, and rhubarb vinaigrette; chorizo-plantain crusted red snapper with charred broccolini, boniato purée and mango gravy; and Natilla de Coco y Aqua de Rosas, coconut and rosewater natilla with passionfruit gelato, fresh strawberries and sweet toasted coconut chips. Bottomless morning cocktails such as the Classic Mimosa; Mimosa Rojo; Lychee Mimosa; and Agua Fresca can be added to those taking part in the Especial de Brunch. The Especial de Brunch menu offer is priced at $22.95 per person (tax and gratuity not included). A la carte menu items are priced from $8 to $31. Bottomless libations are available for an additional $16.75 per person and full table participation is required.
