If you're looking for an elegant dining experience this Mother's Day, look no further than The Oval Room. The prix fixe Mother’s Day menu features three-courses and is specially crafted by Executive Chef Bryan Moscatello. Menu highlights include the beet-cured salmon with wild fennel, pickled beets, mustard, and pollen; crab ravioli with roe, smoke, preserved lemon, and marigold; Cheshire pork ribeye with fresh anise, beets, plum, and hyssop; and prime beef striploin with green garlic glaze, potato, peas, onions, and black garlic soubise. For dessert, you can indulge in dishes like rhubarb with berry, custard, meringue and oxalis; and buttermilk pie with fig, black walnut marmalade, and Saba. $55 per person (tax and gratuity not included).
