Flight New Year's Eve Celebration

This year, Flight Wine Bar will ring in the new year by celebrating women in wine. Flight is offering a delicious four-course dinner with an optional wine pairing. The wine pairing option will offer all wines made by brilliant women from around the world (think Arianna Occhipinti, Catherine Breton, Tracey Brandt of Donkey & Goat, and Katie Santora, the head winemaker of famed Chehalem Winery in Oregon, among others).  The dinner menu includes lots of choices including some favorites like the burrata on roasted beet toast, crispy kale salad, pan roasted salmon, and flank steak. There is three seating options at 5:00 p.m., 7:15 p.m., and 10:00 p.m. The four-course dinner is affordably priced at $55 per guest and the optional wine pairing will be an additional $50 per guest. Most of the wines picked for this evening are a bit expensive to pour by the glass on normal days but for this one evening Flight will, which is an awesome way to introduce guests to these amazing women.
