When it comes to St. Patrick's Day, everyone's Irish. City Tap is kicking off the leprechaun-laced festivities early with "Kegs & Eggs." There will be Irish food specials including Green beer ($4) and Guinness ($5), and live music from Moosejaw Celtic Pop Duo from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you're feeling extra joyous, go bald to raise funds for pediatric cancer.
