L'Auberge Chez François is excited to welcome Daniel Haas of Tablas Creek Vineyard in Paso Robles. Tablas has recently become a pioneer in sustainability, achieving the first Regenerative Organic Certification awarded to a winery. L'Auberge is excited to feature the Rhône-inspired wines of Tablas Creek in a six-course wine tasting and dinner experience in an effort to highlight the complexity and beauty of the wines -- you certainly won't want to miss this special 68th anniversary experience. Tickets for the dinner are available for $224 per person, including taxes and gratuity, and can be reserved here. Dinner will be served from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
