Please join L'Auberge Chez Francois for an extraordinary evening of wine tasting and dinner with host Michael Shaps, featuring his fine Burgundies and Virginia bottlings. You will be greeted with hors d’oeuvres and cool, crisp Shaps’ Crémant de Bourgogne, before sitting down for a pre-dinner tasting flight of these highly rated fine Burgundies. Additionally, three of Shaps’ Virginia offerings will accompany the delectable dinner, which Chef Jacques will create from local ingredients and French technique. Michael will be on hand to introduce his wines and talk about winemaking in Burgundy and Virginia. $230 per person.
