Dyllan’s Raw Bar Grill, located along the historic C&O Canal in Georgetown, will be offering its seasonal a la carte brunch and dinner menus for Mother's Day. During brunch and dinner service, look forward to festive specials prepared by Chef de Cuisine Darren Hendry like the roasted veggie quiche with gruyere cheese, served with a frisee salad ($16); grilled lobster served with a grilled half artichoke salad ($31); and the roasted filet mignon with white asparagus topped with lemon hollandaise ($38). Some brunch menu highlights include the mixed vegetable omelet with spinach, zucchini, yellow squash, and grape tomato; the seafood gumbo with shrimp, fish, and vegetables, served over rice; and avocado toast with lemon olive oil, chili oil, and microgreens. For the table, enjoy choices like the maple bourbon monkey bread with vanilla royal icing, and raw bar items like ceviche, maki rolls, and oysters. For the perfect pairing, brunch-goers can enjoy a rotating selection of mimosas and bellinis complete with seasonal house-made, cold-pressed juices and sparkling wine. The bottomless mimosa and bellini offerings are priced at $35 per person (tax and gratuity not included).
