Pizzeria Paradiso - Giving Back
Georgetown: 3282 M Street NW / Game Room: 3282 M Street NW
March 16th marks two years of Pizzeria Paradiso’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic and the restaurant is giving back in collaboration with Project: Create Food DC, Paradiso’s new non-profit program addressing food insecurity and art exploration. One hundred percent of takeout orders placed on March 16th will be donated to Project: Create Food DC through Pizzeria Paradiso. The organization is a continuation of the work Chef Ruth Gresser started with her Ten Thousand Pizzas Project two years ago and its mission is to provide those in need with sufficient food and creative resources while establishing meaningful relationships with local restaurants. Pizzeria Paradiso, along with several other DC eateries, will contribute to the consistent distribution of meals to clients when the program officially launches in May. Donations can also be made through Art Works Now with the comment “Food DC.” For more information, please click here.
