“Spring Has Sprung” 50th Anniversary Musical Brunch

L’Auberge Chez François continues its 50th anniversary celebrations with the “Spring Has Sprung” Musical Brunch on April 12 from 11:00 AM–1:00 PM. This special four-course brunch experience is accompanied by a live performance from acclaimed pianist Steve Long, known for his versatile style spanning jazz, R&B, and contemporary favorites.

Guests will enjoy a seasonal menu featuring house-made breads, Gulf shrimp bisque, and a choice of entrées such as a wild mushroom and truffle omelet or filet mignon Benedict, followed by a decadent dessert. Brunch cocktails, including Crémant d’Alsace, mimosas, and Bloody Marys, complement the experience.
