“Celebrating the Classics” 50th Anniversary Luncheon Experience

L’Auberge Chez François continues its 50th anniversary celebration with the “Celebrating the Classics” Luncheon Experience on April 17 from 11:30 AM–1:00 PM. This special event highlights some of the restaurant’s most beloved dishes from the past five decades, offering guests a curated four-course menu paired with thoughtfully selected wines.

Guided by the restaurant’s team and sommelier, attendees will explore the history and evolution of the Haeringer family’s culinary legacy, from its origins in Washington, D.C., to its home in Great Falls. The menu features signature classics, including traditional Alsatian-inspired dishes and the iconic salmon soufflé, complemented by wine pairings throughout the meal.
