The original steakhouse tradition, The Beefsteak, is coming to Charlie Palmer Steak. This primal, gastronomic, and carnivorous adventure will continue the great tradition of copious amounts of meat rooted in steakhouse history that hails from the food halls of New York. Chef Waldy Malouf will join Chef Palmer as MC for the Fifth Annual Beefsteak Feast featuring aged steaks, chops and more, along with abundant libations to match. A portion of the proceeds from the evening will benefit the Culinary Institute of America.
