Fairmont's Courtyard Bar is hosting West End Wednesdays throughout the month of August and will feature themed nights including Southern BBQ (August 10th), Chesapeake Bay Grill (August 17th), 24M Street Taco Parrilla (August 24th), and a Smokin' Luau (August 31st). Tickets for each evening are priced at $35 per adult and $12 per child under 5, all tickets exclude tax and gratuity. Chefs will be firing up the grill from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. each week, and guests may choose to dine inside the loggia (lobby) or outside in the courtyard. Each evening boasts a fun, creative menu from the mind of Executive Chef Jordi Gallardo and Executive Sous Chef Jason Rowley: 

Southern BBQ - beer-brined roasted suckling pig, mesquite-smoked suckling pig, 1855 prime burger, grilled BBQ chicken, assorted toppings, condiments, hot sauces, pickles & sides, and chocolate silk pecan pie 

Chesapeake Bay Grill - gilled Chesapeake oysters and shrimp, Oklahoma Joe's smoked octopus, calamari brochette, assorted toppings, pickles & salads, and apple cheesecake

24M Street Taco Parrilla - maple-smoked pork belly, skirt steak (carne asada), smoked short ribs, roasted chicken quesadilla, grilled grouper, soft taco shells, assorted toppings & chips, and Mexican tres leches cake

Smokin' Luau - chili pineapple-glazed & smoked lamb shoulder, sweet-smoked boneless beef rib, banana leaf wrapped salmon, assorted toppings & Hawaiian cole slaw, and pineapple upside down cake
